I was born and raised in Orlando, and I’m the proud mother of two daughters who keep me curious, creative, and grounded. A painter, traveler, and lifelong seeker, I’ve always been drawn to understanding the unseen patterns that shape our lives. Since childhood, I’ve looked to the stars and the moon for guidance, cultivating a deep relationship with astrology as both a personal compass and a tool for healing.

I began my career in nursing in 2018 and eventually moved into psychiatry, a path shaped by lived experience—grappling with the loss of a loved one, my own struggles with mental illness, and the ways I coped through alcoholism. Sobriety brought me clarity, and a sudden illness became the doorway to a profound spiritual awakening that transformed how I understood health, spirit, and the human condition.

This awakening led me to train as a shamanic healer, medical intuitive, and Reiki practitioner (Level II), while also opening to my gifts as a medium and channel. At the same time, I felt called to deepen my medical practice, completing a functional psychiatry fellowship through Psychiatry Redefined with Dr. James Greenblatt. This work ignited my commitment to help people heal at the root—addressing underlying imbalances and core issues, not just medicating symptoms.

Working within the medical system continues to activate me: it fuels my drive to push for change, to advocate for care that honors the whole person—body, mind, spirit, and soul. I bring this vision into all I do, weaving together conventional psychiatry, functional medicine, energy healing, astrology, and multidimensional frameworks.

As a neurodivergent provider and lifelong empath, I’ve learned to bend rigid realities, blending quantum healing and intuitive knowing with grounded clinical practice. I believe empowerment, leadership, eco-consciousness, and connection to the etheric are not luxuries but necessities for healing ourselves and our world. Through my work, I invite others to reclaim their sovereignty, step into alignment, and remember their place in the great cosmic fabric of life.
